New Renters Kit
Renting can be tricky to navigate, especially if you are new to renting in NSW or haven’t rented for a while.
The New Renters Kit helps renters put the pieces together, avoid common pitfalls, and resolve issues that may arise over the course of a tenancy. The kit combines legal resources with practical tips to help you get on your feet.
The kit is divided into three main sections:
- Finding a rental property and signing a lease
- Dealing with problems during a tenancy
- The end of a tenancy
