Dear …

Re: Site fee abatement at [your address]

I am writing to request a site fee abatement due to my site becoming wholly uninhabitable on [Insert date site became uninhabitable] due to [State the event or issue that has made site uninhabitable].

Please note that under section 62 of the Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013 the site fee abates when a site becomes wholly uninhabitable and this continues until the site becomes wholly habitable or the site agreement terminates.

Please respond to my request within 7 days of the receipt of this letter. If no agreement is reached I will seek orders for a site fee abatement from the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

If you have any questions regarding this letter or require any further information please contact me on [phone number].

Yours sincerely
