ABOUT

Western Sydney Tenants Service (WESTS) provides free, confidential advice and advocacy to residential tenants, boarding house residents, land lease community residents, and other renters in Western Sydney.

We provide tenancy advice, advocacy, referrals, community education, face-to-face appointments, assistance in the preparation of evidence, and in some cases representation at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).

You can book an appointment to see our team at our Parramatta or Rooty Hill Office, Monday to Friday. We recommend booking an appointment to make sure we can see you on the day.

WESTS is a program of the Western Sydney Community Legal Centre (WSCLC).

Call us on (02) 8833 0933, or email: tenancy@wsclc.org.au or use our online intake form. We will endeavour to call you within 2-3 business days.
