The Eastern Area Tenants Service (EATS) is a free service for private + public tenants, as well as boarders + lodgers living in the local council areas of Woollahra, Waverley and Randwick, NSW, Australia.

Our service gives advice primarily over the telephone. If you need tenancy advice please call our advice line.
While most tenancy matters are able to be dealt with over the phone, sometimes we will ask to see you in person in order to assist with your case. Your advice worker will discuss this with you. We can arrange appointments at the EATS office or at one of our outreach services. EATS also provides domestic violence (DV) tenancy assistance at Waverley Local Court one Thursday per month from 9am - 11am.

EATS has policies that assist tenants to access our service. These include: |

| + Using a ground floor meeting room for people who cannot manage the stairs. |
| + Using a telephone interpreter service and translating documents for people from culturally & linguistically diverse communities. |
| + Making information available in community languages. |
